1 Acceptance of Terms

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that belong to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted. bet 6 reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment method if a third-party deposit is detected, and may suspend the account pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one Philippine business day for standard accounts. VIP members at Platinum tier and above receive same-day processing. bet 6 does not charge fees on withdrawals for verified accounts, but your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

Before your first withdrawal, your bet 6 account must be fully verified. bet 6 also reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawals above a certain threshold as part of our anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on bet 6 are subject to their own individual terms, including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. A bet is not confirmed until bet 6's system has accepted it and issued a confirmation reference. 6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

6.3 Obvious Errors

If bet 6 makes an obvious error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or payouts — such as a manifestly incorrect price caused by a technical error — bet 6 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. This applies regardless of whether the error was in the player's favour or otherwise.

6.4 Cancellations and Voids

Bets may be voided under specific circumstances, including but not limited to: event cancellation, rule-4 deductions in racing markets, or technical issues confirmed by bet 6's trading team. In the event of a void, the original stake is returned to the account.

6.5 Results Confirmation

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet 6 and will result in account suspension and potential legal action:

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bet 6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if a violation of these Terms and Conditions is suspected or confirmed. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or serious abuse, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation and/or forfeited.

8.2 By the Player

You may request the closure of your bet 6 account at any time by contacting support at support@bet6.wine. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet released) will be returned to your verified payment method after standard processing checks.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
